Safe to say Soul Star probably should have won last start. Gets her chance to turn the tables in the Pamela Hutterer Hcp, 1200m for 3yo fillies. Worked super on Tuesday morning over 800m, clocking 51.25 and 23.0. Should go very close.
See Me Exceed represents the Price stable. She went 1000m in 1.14.60 and 24.51 last 400m. Goes well first up. Blondie worked 800m in evens and 24.53 last 400m.
Happy to give Kaching another chance in the Hcp, 1600m. His form prior to his last run was first rate and he’s holding his condition well. Each way.
Netherfield didn’t fire a shot 1st up. He worked over 1200m, home last 400m in 25.11 and will improve with racing and distance.
Princess Of Queens resumes for the Mick Price stable in the Ladbrokes Multiverse Hcp, 1200m. Love’s it first up and yet to miss a place on her home track in 5 runs. Tuesday morning she wasn’t pushed too hard, working over 1000m in even time, last 400m in 24.41, head on her chest. Expected to run well here.
Ocean’s Fourteen has returned to racing in excellent order and steps up to 2400m, 3rd up, in the Le Pine Funerals Hcp. Worked with barn mate Fanciful Toff, they ran their last 1000m in 1.06.53 and last 400m split in 23.47, nice work on the morning.
The improving Borella went through his paces over 1800m, clocking 2.02 and last 600m split in 37.56. He’s spot on and value in the markets on both totes.
A bit disappointed with Jukebox 1st up, where he appeared to have every chance. His work since has been solid and I wouldn’t sell him short in the Bletchingly Stakes, 1200m, Group 3 at W.F.A. Tuesday’s gallop over 800m has him spot on. He recorded a time of 51.58 and 23.06 last 400m split. Spot on and no excuses here.
Nice improvement shown last start by King’s Authority, who’s track  work has been excellent this time in. In the mix again in the VOBIS Gold Reef, run over 1600m. Worked over 1200m during the week in evens, home last 600m in 37.41.
Salanitri will most likely back up with the promising Seductive Miss, who can measure up here against this lot. Think We’re Due worked 1200m in evens and 24.75 last 400m.
Top class 3yo colt Jukebox resumes in the Sir John Monash Stakes, run at Group 3 level over 1100m. Nice trial win on the 07/05th at Cranbourne. Also won his Tuesday morning trial at Caulfied a fortnight ago in comfortable fashion. Tuesday morning he worked with Mask Of Time (race 9 on the card) over 800m in 51.0 and 23.27 last 400m.  2 from 3 at the track, 2 from 2 at the distance and 2 from 2 first up, all point to him running a cracking race here! C Williams on board also a huge plus.
Soul Star was the best of the workers on Tuesday morning who are lining up in the Ladbrokes Back Yourself Hcp, 1200m. She was quite impressive when striding over 8oom in 49.55 and a slick 22.90 last 400m. Went to the line untested and with plenty in hand last start, rates as an each way hope here. Blondie worked 800m in 51.97 and 24.53 last 400m. Miss Norway 800m in 53.25 and 25.0. Magnesium Rose went 100m in 1.08 and 37.0 last 600m. Very even race on paper.
Classy conveyance Netherfield resumes for the Price stable in the Ladbrokes Multiverse Hcp, 1400m. Flies fresh and has been in work a while now at Caulfield and looks forward enough to run a race here 1st up. Worked with High Ratio on Tuesday morning in around even time, home last 400m in 23.45, on the bit. He is an emergency on the day, black book him if he’s scratched.
91 weeks between drinks for Murt The Flirt, who worked 800m in evens and 24.51 last 400m. Take him on trust!
Hard not to be impressed with Masculino this time in. He’s been racing in devastating form and will be looking to make it 3 on the trot in the Ladbrokes Cash In Hcp, 2000m. partnered up with the promising Pierro gelding Borella (also engaged in this) over 1600m on Tuesday morning, clocking 1.57.59 and 23.06 last 400m, excellent work by the pair.
In form Under Oath was restricted to the treadmill this week. He’s got plenty of miles in his legs and racing in great heart, shouldn’t be underestimated here.
Fanciful Toff worked with Charlie’s World over 1000m in 1.08.25 and 23.50 last 400m.
Big rise in class for the C Maher trained Reserve Street, however, he looks to be a horse of considerable talent, warranting a crack at Saturday grade. He’ll face the starter in the 1400m Ladbrokes Info Hub hcp for the 3yo’s. Worked keenly on Tuesday morning, bowling over his last 800m in 49.92 and 23.02 last 400m.
Another leading fancy, Usain Bowler, went 1000m in 1.05.48 and 23.76 last 400m.
Each way again for the ever consistent Rib Eye, who’ll drop down to 54kg in the Ladbrokes odds Boost Hcp, 1700m at BM90 level. Can’t fault him this prep, done everything right bar winning. Tuesday morning he worked over 100om in 1.09.71 and his last 400m home in 25.51. Appeals for the multiples.
