In form Smerdon galloper Don’t Blush baby is out to make it 3 wins in a row in the Moorookyle Park Hcp, 1200m. She worked solidly over 600m, recording 36.50, on the steel. Can’t fault her. All things point to a good run here.
Another last start winner, Fortify , was one of the best workers of the morning. Clocked over 800m in 49.48, last 400m in 22.35. Each way.

Both debutants from the Mick price yard, Advancing and The Frontier, have shown up  in recent trials at Caulfield and won their heats impressively. Advancing has had the most experience, having trialled twice in the last 3 weeks. They’ll line up in the Evergreen Turf Plate, 1100m. Tuesday they worked together over 600m, clocking 40.77 and 25.47 last 400m.

All of Mick Price’s runners worked well during the week on the training track and face the starter in the Tile Importer Hcp, 1440m. Mactier and Kasi Farasi went 1000m in 1.03.24 and 23.0 last 400m.
Poet’s Corner strode over 1000m in 1.06.77 and 23.43 last 400m. Very hard to split them, perhaps slight leaning to Mactier who looks very promising and has performed well in top company.

Atone and Whistler Bowl are nominated for the S Mills Hcp, 1700m, the latter likely to run under lights at Moonee Valley. Both horses are extremely fit and in excellent order. Atone worked home last 800m with Eureka Street (Clanbrooke Hcp)  in 50.0 and last 400m split in 23.85.

Classy 4yo staying mare Bint El Bedu looks a leading contender in the Blue Star Hcp, 2420m. Tuesday morning she had a quiet one, working over 2000m in evens and a tick on 25.0 last 400m. Fit enough if good enough, no excuses.

Prepared to forgive last start flop Love Days, who can turn it around in the Le Pine Funerals Hcp, 1100m. Comes in with 52.5kg after the claim, fit and should get the right run from her alley. Worked with Dunuki over 800m, last 600m in 37.85.
If Not Now When resumes with 51kg on her back after the claim. She worked over 800m in  51.63, last 400m in 24.05. Sprints well fresh.

Big wraps on the Mick Price trained galloper Boom Chicka Boom, who's having his 3rd race start in the O'Connor Beef BM70 at Racing.com park on Saturday. Work was excellent on Tuesday morning, dashing up over 800m in 48.25 and 22.75 last 400m. . Created quite an impression last start and won in the manner of a horse going places, fast! He'll want to go close here to justify pressing on with the rich 3yo Magic Millions Classic

Big drop in grade this time out for Je Suis Tycoon, who has had a 7 week freshen up. She worked 1000m, home 25.50 last 400m on the bit.

The Robert Smerdon trained Bellegano was scratched from Saturday's Sandown meeting and resumes her prep in the @TheValley Hcp, 1200m under lights. Her work has been very good this time in and she's expected to run well fresh here. Tuesday morning she came to Moonee Valley with Futurist and they galloped over 800m in 53.36 and 24.37 last 400m. Has a touch of class and looks set for a good prep.

Tagreeda worked nicely with Epic Moment (Moonee Valley Friday night) at Caulfield, dashing home last 400m in a slick time of 23.40.

Not a lot of depth in the Bertocchi Christmas Hcp, run over 1000m Friday night under lights at Moonee Valley. Alaskan Sun resumes her prep here and should get a good run in transit from barrier one. Had a poke around Moonee Valley on Tuesday morning with Misscino, they went 1000m in 1.05.02 and 25.61 last 400m. Monitor market moves closely. Either way, she should give you a run for your money.

Keep an eye out on the Sweet Distraction on Friday night in the White's Rural Plate, 1000m. This debutant by Snitzel, absolutely flogged her rivals a few weeks ago in her trial at Caulfield over 650m, recording a time of 40.01. Tuesday she went 600m in 39.11 and 23.97 last 400m. Stable know how to churn out 2yo winners, so watch the market closely.

The Momentum Gaming 1400m BM78 looks the perfect race on paper for the Henry Dwyer trained Stormsabrewing. Rock hard fit and around the money of late, gets her chance here to break through for an overdue win. Wasn't knocked about on Tuesday morning, working over 1000m in 1.06 and 25.47 last 400m. Nice value each way selection who can take this out if things go her way.

Mina Harker worked with Ponte Roma (nominated for M.V Friday night) at Moonee Valley over 800m, clocking 53.87 and 24.83 last 400m.

At this stage Stuart Webb will most likely back up Get The Picture in the BM78 Hanson Hcp at Racing.com Park. Hit the line nicely last start after being held up momentarily in the straight. Thriving in work and racing as well as he was in his 3yo "classic" season. As fit as can be for this assignment and rates on an each way basis.
