Classy 3yo colt Merchant Navy looks to be a huge hope, 2nd up in the Newmarket Hcp, Group 1 feature sprint up the straight 6. Work was exceptional at Sandown during the week, when galloping over 800m in 49.0 and 22.80 last 400m. Rest assured, they are here to win!

Lucky Liberty worked at Werribee over 800m in 49.90 and 22.72 last 400m.

Sunday Pray has his hoof on the till, he's 4th up in the HKJC Trophy, 1400m and represents good each way value. Worked over 1200m on Tuesday, clocking 1.24.02 and 25.0 last 400m.

Downhearted worked super and continues to race in great heart. He partnered up with Chiyou over 1000m, clocking 1.05.06, home last 400m in 22.92.

Sensational 1st up run from Palazzo Vecchio, who can go one better in the Kewney Stakes, 1400m for the fillies at set weights. Worked over 1000m on her home track during the week, clocking 1.05.02 and 23.51 last 400m. A filly going places.

Stylish Missile worked at Sandown over 800m in 51.50 and 24.0 last 400m.

Single Gaze should be thereabouts once again, she'll line up in the Australian Cup, 2000m feature W.F.A championship. Her work was first class at Sandown during the week, ran home last 1000m in 1.05 and 35.5 600m split, last 400m in 23.0. N. Olive thrilled with her. Spot on.

Got a lot of time for the M. Price trained She's So High, who faces the starter in the Incognitus Stakes, 1100m. Worked with Prarie Fire, the reverse way Tuesday morning over 600m, clocking 36.41 and 23.13 last 400m. There's a good win in this filly somewhere, follow her!

Cracking run by Prairie Fire in the Blue Diamond Stakes, finishing 4th behind the benchmark 2yo of the season Written By. Trained om a treat since and headed to Sydney where he'll line up in the Todman Stakes for 2yo's. Thriving in work and they'll press on with the Golden Slipper if he fires here. Has a sense of timing about him.

Put a line through Silent Sedition’s last run in the form guide, she was desperately unlucky not to get clear running when it mattered most. Trained on very well since and she’s the one to beat in the Mannerism Stakes, run at Group 3 level over 1400m. Worked keenly over 800m, clocked at 51.80 and 36.25 last 600m split. All systems go here!

Flying Jess worked 800m in 52.p04 and 24.53 last 400m.

Excellent gallop on Tuesday morning from Rellson, who’s Caulfield Autumn Classic bound and currently representing nice each way value for punters. He worked with Single Gaze (huge chance in the Peter Young Stakes, race 9 on the card) over 1000m in 1.05.73 and 23.02 last 400m. 2nd up and one to keep following this time in.

Tagreeda worked with Armed And Ready over 1200m in evens, last 400m in 23.12.

The inform Mick Price stable have See Me Exceed engaged to run in the Group 2 Angus Armanasco Stakes, 1400m. She’s been around the money in good company and I’d expect her to run well here. Tuesday morning she was given a very easy time of it, striding over 1000m in 1.13.64 and 25.61 last 400m.

Pallazo Vecchio ran on well in her trial on Monday at Cranbourne.

Mick Price is upbeat about Mighty Boss’ hopes in the Group 1 Futurity Stakes. Top class gallop during the week when partnered up with Holy Snow over 1000m, clocking 1.06, last 400m split of 22.67. He’s flying, as is his stable at present. 2nd up here only concern.

Prairie Fire will fly the flag for Caulfield in the Blue Diamond Stakes. Has a real sense of timing about him after his outstanding win last start. Had a quiet time of it this week on the training track, all by design. Stable know what it takes to win these big ones and he looks up to the task. Each way.

Cracking gallop  during the week from Snitty Kitty, who’ll face the starter in the Grp 1 Oakleigh Plate, 1100m. She went 800m imn 48.93 and 22.75 last 400m.

Bons Away went 800m in 50.80 and 23.0 last 400m. Lady Esprit 800m in 51,03 and 22.96 last 400m.
