Of the Caulfield trained runners assembled in the Bert Bryant Hcp, Typhoon Jolie worked the best, striding over 800m in 49.57 and 23.36 last 400m. Secret Blend went 800m in 51.52 and 23.96. Spreadeagled's work was solid over 600m, stopping the clock at 36.50. Tough race on paper, no great confidence.

Big drop in class last start for Throssell, scoring with ease at Pakenham over 1400m. Well placed here in the Spicer Thoroughbreds Hcp, 1400m, where he should be thereabouts in this grade. Tuesday morning he worked 800m in 52.34 and 23.58. Fitness wise, spot on.

Charmed Harmony just loves the 1400m circuit at Caulfield, he'll contest the Victoria Hcp here 3rd up and shouldn't be under estimated by punters. Solid gallop on Tuesday morning, when conditions weren't the best. Strode over 1000m in 1.04.24, under a nice grip.

Hooked went 1000m in 1.09.50, quickening up last 400m home in 23.52. 3rd up and he'll find this a lot easier than last start. Monitor market moves closely.

Rock hard fit Great Esteem will drop to 58.5kg after the claim, in the Greg Miles Hcp, 1600m, where he's performed with distinction on several occasions over the journey. Wasn't pushed hard on the track this week, striding over 1400m in even time.

The Chairman resumes here. Worked very well in partnership with Yulong Baby (see times above). Not a renowned first up performer, but his work suggests could sprint well fresh.

The Ciaron Maher trained Overberg gets 2kg off after the claim, in the R.c HCP, 1800m on his home track. Pedigree suggests he'll run out the trip, no world beaters here and he should be thereabouts. Tuesday morning he worked home his last 800m in 54.11 and 24.0 last 400m split.

Khutulun worked 1000m in evens, 23.76 last 400m split.

Mick Price will saddle up 2 runners that create interest on an each way basis, in the Galilee Final, 2400m, LISTED. Both by renowned stamina influence High Chaparral, Bint El Bedu is rock hard fit and been racing well in good company. She worked during the week over 1800m in evens, last 400m in 24.01.

High Bounty is backing up. Lightly raced and showing a stack of promise. A forward showing won't surprise.

Quality Fastnet Rock 3yo Alter Call resumes in the Selangor Turf Club HCP, 1200m. Work was first rate on Tuesday morning, suggesting she'll show something here. She strode over 800m in 50.82 , last 400m split a sizzling 22.81.

Wazzenme is fit as a fiddle. Only needs luck in racing, no doubting his ability. He worked over 1000m, home last 400m in 23.76.

Stable stalwart Great Esteem leads the charge for Stuart Webb in the O'Brien Hcp, 1800m. Recent runs have been excellent and he's holding his condition very well. Tuesday he worked 1400m in 1.38.34 and 23.63 last 400m.

Hazabeel worked 1000m in 1.06.41 and 23.96 last 400m split.

Didn't mind the trial of Atmospherical, who'll resume her prep in the Mick Dillon Hcp, 1100m on her home track. Never once was she asked to extend behind eventual winner Miss Vista. She went to the line nicely last 100m, under a nice grip / plenty in hand. Monitor market moves closely. Excellent first up record.
